This is the former Husky's fifth All-Star nod of her career and the second-straight time being named a team captain.
Las Vegas' A'ja Wilson is the other captain while former South Carolina star aliyah boston (Indiana) becomes the first rookie since 2014 to be named an All-Star starter.
The 2023 All-Star starters are: Stewart, Wilson, Boston, Jackie Young (Aces), jewell loyd (Seattle), Satou Sabally (dallas), Arike Ogunbowale (Dallas), Brittney Griner (phoenix), Nneka Ogwumike (Los Angeles) and Chelsea Gray (Aces).
The 2023 WNBA All-Star game is scheduled for July 15 at 3 p.m. in Las Vegas. The full list of All-Stars will be selected on July 8.
