Tango Bourges announced on Wednesday the signing of Djéné Diawara. The Franco-Malian interior replaces Endy Miyem, injured in the ankle.
Tango Bourges Basket has hired the Franco-Malian interior Djéné Diawara as a medical joker, to replace Endy Miyem, injured for a long time. “She will be unavailable for several weeks,” Bourges said in his statement on Wednesday. Diawara (1.92 m, 34 years old), who arrives from Villeneuve-d’Ascq, averaged 8 points and 6 rebounds last season.
Djéné Diawara should play his first match Friday at home against Tarbes. On the other hand, it is not qualified for the Final Four of the Eurocup.
According to our information, Bourges hopes to recover Endy Miyem before the end of the season.
