Former UConn men's basketball star Adama Sanogo has officially signed a two-way contract with the chicago bulls and he celebrated by having a strong night in the NBA summer League.
Sanogo scored 15 points, on 7 of 10 shooting, and grabbed nine rebounds Tuesday night. He also contributed two steals and two blocks in the Bulls' 107-99 win over the Sacramento Kings.
It was Sanogo's best game this week.
In his Summer League opener, the undrafted Sanogo struggled and clearly was adjusting to NBA play. Sanogo scored five points, with four rebounds and three steals in an 83-74 win over the Toronto raptors Friday night.

On Saturday, Sanogo had a much better showing. He controlled the boards, leading all players with 12 rebounds. The final Four MOP scored eight points, recorded one assist, one steal and one block in Chicago's 87-80 loss to the Memphis grizzlies.
These performances proved to be enough to officially sign a two-way contract with the Bulls.
“(Just) give my best,” Sanogo told reporters last week. They gave me a two-way, they're giving me a chance to prove myself. I just got to show them now I can be on this team to be one of the best in the NBA.”
The Bulls play the Cleveland Cavaliers Thursday at 3 p.m. (ESPN2).
